Sometimes the fastest way to explain what you want is to show it. Instead of describing a tone, a format, or a labeling scheme in words, you put a few input and output examples in the prompt and let the model continue the pattern. Prompts with no examples are called zero-shot, with one example one-shot, and with a handful few-shot.
The lessons explain what few-shot prompting is, how it compares with zero-shot and one-shot prompts, and how examples are laid out in practice. As you watch, pay attention to how examples are chosen: they should be consistent, varied enough to cover the inputs you expect, and few enough that they don't crowd out the task itself.

A beginner-friendly introduction: few-shot prompting means giving the AI a few examples of how you want it to respond before asking it to do a similar task.
