Module 03 of 12

Prompting for Code

Lessons

About This Module

With your tools set up, the next skill is the one that matters most in vibe coding: telling the AI what to build. The quality of the code you get back depends heavily on the quality of the prompt you send, and good prompting is a learnable habit rather than a talent.

This module covers writing clear, specific prompts that say what you want, who it is for, and what it should do. It then looks at giving the AI examples and constraints so it stays inside the boundaries of your project, and at asking for one change at a time so every step is easy to test. It closes with how to recover when the AI goes off track: adding context, rewording, and starting fresh when you need to.

Watch the lessons in order, then continue on to Planning, Specs & Context.
