About These Projects

The best way to make the modules stick is to practice them. These five projects take you through the everyday work of an agile coach: planning a sprint in Jira, building a Kanban board with WIP limits, writing user stories, running a retrospective, and tracking progress with a burndown chart.

Each one is a follow-along video, so you can pause and try it yourself with a small team, a side project, or a made-up product. Pick the project that matches the module you've just finished and come back for the rest.
