About These Projects

The best way to make the modules stick is to practice them. These five projects take you through the everyday work of a Scrum Master: creating a product backlog with user story mapping, setting up a Scrum board in Jira, running a Scrum simulation with LEGO, facilitating a Sprint Retrospective, and reading a burndown chart.

Each one is a video you can follow along with, so you can pause, try it yourself and adapt it to your own team or an imaginary one. Pick the project that matches the module you've just finished and come back for the rest.
