This final module looks at the practical side of the Scrum Master role. Scrum itself is a framework, and teams use tools to make their work visible and to manage the Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog. You'll start with how a Scrum Master can use Jira to support a team, while keeping in mind that tools serve the team and not the other way around.
Next you'll look at scaling Scrum when several teams work on the same product. You'll compare approaches such as Nexus, LeSS and SAFe, and take a closer look at how Nexus adds an integration layer on top of Scrum.
You'll finish with certification, including how to prepare for the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment. Once you've completed the lessons, put what you've learned into practice in the course Projects.
